Speed (represented by ★) is a stat that determines the number of actions per turn. This may be further increased by equipping any weapon with Speed stars unlocked via weapon boost, as well as ability cards with Speed auto-ability.
With skill panels fully unlocked, a job's Speed stat is as follows:
- ★★★★★★ (6) for all normal and legendary jobs;
- ★★★★ (4) for basic Wol jobs (Onion Knight, Apprentice Mage, Neophyte Ranger, Trainee Monk);
- ★★★★★ (5) for The Azure Witch;
- ★★★★★★ (6) for Battle Princess;
- ★★★★★★ (6) for Freelancer.
After sufficient weapon forge, all weapons result in ★★ (2) Speed.
