Iceforce is one of the boons in Mobius Final Fantasy.
Effect[]
It changes the Orb Wheel to completely water and does not allow the wheel to change for several turns. This allows only water orbs to be drawn. Following the turns, the wheel resets to normal.
It is the opposite of 
Water Lockout.
